About the Role
PeopleConnect is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to drive marketing performance, customer insights, and revenue growth across our subscription-based platforms.
This role partners closely with marketing, product, analytics, and executive leadership to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and influence business decisions through data-driven strategy. You will operate with meaningful autonomy and will be expected to translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
This is an office-based role with a hybrid schedule, including one flexible work-from-home day per week, based in our San Diego office.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a data scientist who thrives in a performance-driven, marketing-focused B2C environment and is comfortable owning analytical initiatives from hypothesis through implementation.
