Data Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing custom models and algorithms, and creating statistical models to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling
• Proficiency in R and Python programming languages
• Experience with machine learning techniques such as Random Forest, Neural Networks, and Clustering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
