AI & Machine Learning Engineer
Remote Full-Time Permanent Position
Salary: 150-160K
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, with specific expertise in Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. This role requires proficiency in working with multiple large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), governance, and model auditability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs) for various applications.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance.
- Utilize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve information retrieval and generation processes.
- Ensure governance and compliance of AI/ML models, including model auditability and ethical considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
What You'll Need to Make Your Impact
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of AI/ML governance and model auditability practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages Python or R
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with other AI/ML platforms and tool is a plus including DataBricks, Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein.
- Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare data is a plus
