The Business Analytics & Data Science Team is a group of analytical experts who apply advanced data science, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to uncover insights that drive strategic marketing decisions. By translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence, we empower the Marketing team to deliver personalized, data-informed experiences that deepen member relationships, optimize campaign performance, and fuel growth across channels.
Our analyses focus on the exploration of pre-campaign opportunities and business outcomes, researching trends that will enable our marketing partners to strategize and make critical decisions. We lead research and development efforts to solve complex, high-value business problems where the solution isn’t always clear.
The ideal Summer Associate will be a passionate and curious individual with a combination of problem-solving and storytelling skills and one who would love the team and its approach to solving problems that make Marketing fun. Areas of opportunity may include developing new marketing models to measure the influence of our campaigns on business outcomes, writing and testing business rule indicators to power our marketing automation tools, or developing dashboards to empower employees to do their own data discovery/exploration, and discovering strategic opportunities.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
