In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Use statistics, programming, modeling, and related analytics to extract actionable insights from complex operations and supply chain data.
- Develop ‘proof of concept’ models for advanced supply chain and operations tools to optimize cost and performance.
- Support implementation of ‘proof of concept’ models into enterprise operations, through testing, validation, planning, and cross functional collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support management decision-making with data-driven analytics.
You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You step up to conflicts, seeing them as opportunities. You delegate and distribute assignments and decisions appropriately. You create milestones to rally support behind the program.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years in data science, statistics, or related field or PhD
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Advanced Degree in related field preferred
- Experience in supply chain, operations or related disciplines
- Experience with Power BI, Python, Oracle, machine learning models, ML model training algorithms, agentic AI, and similar
