As a Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end analytics process, from extracting and transforming raw diagnostic data to building dashboards and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to identify trends, discover patterns, and enable data-driven decision-making at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
- 5–8 years experience in data science, business analytics, or BI roles
- Expert level SQL with advanced Snowflake performance tuning expertise
- Proven ability to work with massive datasets and optimize query performance
- Advanced Tableau dashboard development skills
- Python development experience with pandas and NumPy
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD tools
- Proven record of producing clean, maintainable, and well-documented SQL & Python code following coding best practices
- Good communication skills with experience presenting to multi-functional teams and executive leadership
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
- Experience with Streamlit dashboard development
- Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
- Background in hardware diagnostics, manufacturing analytics, or other large-scale technical disciplines
