Data Scientist 1 (Remote - US)

You will collaborate closely with data engineers, internal teams, and clients to develop data science solutions that improve decision-making, marketing effectiveness, and operational outcomes. This position provides hands-on experience with data engineering pipelines, big data analytics, and machine learning models while applying analytical rigor to ensure data accuracy and reliability. You will work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, contributing to predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and other advanced analytical techniques. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement strategic data engineering and machine learning solutions.
• Work with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for data-driven business improvements.
• Audit and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of predictive models and analytics pipelines.
• Assist in digital analytics implementations, including tag management, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Develop and deliver visualizations, reports, and presentations summarizing data insights.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of analytics workflows.
• Provide timely solutions to client data challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.

• equivalent experience from a code school program.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure tools for big data.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and applying them to real-world datasets.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript for website analytics implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Desire to develop expertise as a professional Data Scientist.
