This role is designed for an early-career data professional passionate about turning complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, internal teams, and clients to develop data science solutions that improve decision-making, marketing effectiveness, and operational outcomes. This position provides hands-on experience with data engineering pipelines, big data analytics, and machine learning models while applying analytical rigor to ensure data accuracy and reliability. You will work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, contributing to predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and other advanced analytical techniques. The role emphasizes both technical development and consulting skills, offering mentorship and professional growth opportunities. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement strategic data engineering and machine learning solutions.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for data-driven business improvements.
  • Audit and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
  • Support the development, testing, and deployment of predictive models and analytics pipelines.
  • Assist in digital analytics implementations, including tag management, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and deliver visualizations, reports, and presentations summarizing data insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation of analytics workflows.
  • Provide timely solutions to client data challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.



Requirements
  • equivalent experience from a code school program.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure tools for big data.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and applying them to real-world datasets.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript for website analytics implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desire to develop expertise as a professional Data Scientist.
